Though New York Comic Con 2014 kicked off this past Thursday, October 9, the high-profile panels and festivities bring out more intense fans, and that means more cosplayers. Ever since James Gunn's 'Guardians of the Galaxy' got Marvelites hooked on these intergalactic superheroes with attitude, the cosplay world has been a boomin' with Rocket Raccoons, Gamoras, Star-Lords and even a bunch of Nebulas, but nothing makes us say "I am Groot" quite like this incredible Groot cosplay.

Richard Schaefer is doing the cutest Disney cosplay we've seen in a while. He really shows a lot of devotion too -- in addition to making all the costumes, he dresses up as both princesses and their princes. He does a great job too. Check out even more awesome cosplay and costumes on his Tumblr.

We weren't sure it was possible to make Elliot and 'E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial' even more adorable, but then we saw this cutie-pie kid's cosplay and our hearts skipped a beat.
Look, cosplaying as Jim Carrey in 'The Mask' doesn't seem like a very popular choice, but we've gotta hand it to this Russian cosplayer for going for it -- and being a lady.
