State Police have shot and killed Kurt Myers, the suspect in shootings that killed four people and injured two others in Herkimer and Mohawk, New York. Shortly before 8 a.m. Thursday, State Police, FBI and a K-9 unit entered the former Glory Days bar in Herkimer where Myers had been in hiding for nearly 16 hours and had at times exchanged fire with police.

Lil Wayne has ruffled a few feathers in New York with his comments about the Big Apple. In an interview with MTV’s RapFix, when the rapper was asked about his thoughts of the city, he matter-of-factly said, “Flat out: I don’t like New York.”

A New York man now faces a whopping $50,000 bail after police said he tried to rob a convenience store of 99 cents.
