Texas animal cruelty

Authorities in Texas are looking for this unidentified woman who emotionlessly dumped a sweet cat stuck inside a carrier in the trash all caught on camera.

A sweet hunting dog named Boomer was shot with an arrow intentionally in the head, on his property, at close range in Medina Texas. Luckily, he survived.
