The film adaptation of ‘The Hunger Games’ won’t arrive in theaters for another couple of weeks, but Taylor Swift‘s contribution to the soundtrack, the Civil Wars-assisted ballad ‘Safe & Sound,’ is already a Top 30 hit — and, as the below clip from one of Taylor’s recent concerts proves, a singalong live favorite as well.

Seated on a plush couch and wearing a typically sparkly frock, Swift is in fine voice during her performance of the song, recorded Tuesday (March 6) in Brisbane. Of course, judging from the way the crowd matched her note-for-note, she probably could have just relaxed and held out the mic to let her fans carry the tune for her — but that’s what happens when you’re one of the biggest pop stars on the planet, performing a soundtrack anthem that’s already sold more than half a million copies (and has a hit video too).

Produced by T Bone Burnett, ‘Safe & Sound’ joins songs by Arcade Fire, Kid Cudi, Maroon 5, and many others on the soundtrack, due for a March 20 release; the film follows three days later, on March 23. Are you ready to join the ‘Games’?
