I thought I'd been feeling lucky lately, so I picked up a couple of scratches. Spent $20 and won $5 sure I might be in the negative, but a wins a win!

There's a lot of fish much more lucky than me right now. This week, someone from Spring, Texas, is waking up $3 million richer after scratching their way to a new life on the 500X Loteria Spectacular.

The winning ticket was sold at B&B News & More on Westheimer in Houston, and while the winner chose to stay anonymous, their bank account is screaming in celebration. This marks the third of four top $3 million prizes claimed on that specific $50 game.

An Austin store sold a $5,000,000 winning ticket for the $50  Luxe scratcher. Also, back in February, someone bought a winning $2,000,000 Mega Millions ticket out of Dallas.
