El Paso Police were recorded detaining teenagers at a house party. A few short shots show the aggressive handling of the teens. One short clip shows a teen boy being smashed against a patrol car, then gets his head slammed against the roof of the car.

At one point it looks as if an officer punched one of the boys in the head. The series of short clips posted only show the police detaining the teens, it did not show anything leading up to the incident.
