Road Rage Leads to Innocent 9-Year-Old Shot in Her Head

Road rage can be deadly, even by accident. Please, please please, remember this story the next time someone cuts you off.

For one innocent Houston family, the fate of their 9-year-old hangs in the balance because of street racers not controlling their road rage. Last night a family traveling in their minivan on the Southwest Freeway in Houston were literally caught in a road rage crossfire slowing the racers down. Frustrated one of the street racers started to fire at their minivan.

One of the bullets went right through the back window of their minivan hitting their little girl in the head.

Houston Police Department Investigating

Houston police are still investigating but reports offer that at this time they believe two vehicles were racing and one of the suspect’s vehicles, described as a white GMC Denali pickup truck, cut off the family’s vehicle several times while on the freeway. The driver of the pickup truck shot into the family’s vehicle, hitting the little girl. Then both vehicles fled the scene.
