That Mexican OT officially has his own day in his hometown of Bay City, Texas.
Texas rapper, That Mexican OT, attended a recent City Council meeting in Bay City. The artist was honored with a proclamation dubbing on February 2nd as That Mexican OT Day.
Video inside the meeting shows Mayor Becca Sitz, present Mexican OT, who she described as a "rap superstar and trailblazer", his very own framed proclamation of Mexican OT Day.
The Bay City rapper continues to rise as an artist and always shows pride in his hometown. The proclamation was given due to his contributions to his hometown through his music, celebrating his culture, and his breakthrough in the music industry.
That Mexican OT’s rise to fame has been impressive. His breakout hit "Johnny Dang," featuring Paul Wall and Drodi, helped him earn mainstream recognition.
The rapper has performed on some of the most influential stages. Some of his most noteworthy performances last year were the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo and the Austin City Limits Music Festival.
