‘The Rum Diary’ Movie Trailer – Johnny Depp and Amber Heard Get Crazy in Puerto Rico

Johnny Depp is stepping into the wacky world of Hunter S. Thompson again in ‘The Rum Diary,’ an adaptation of the gonzo journalist’s semi-fictional novel of the same name.

This time Depp plays a recently divorced alcoholic, who goes down to late 1950s Puerto Rico to work at a local newspaper. Drunken mayhem and drug-induced hijinks ensue. The film, which also stars Amber Heard, Aaron Eckhart and Giovanni Ribisi, is scheduled for an October 28 release.
