When the Wanted performed ‘Glad You Came’ acoustically at National Post, the blokes could barely keep a straight face or get through a take without giggling profusely. As a result, this performance is light, fun and silly. It’s a very outtake-y performance and the boys are having way too much fun. Hell, why not? They’re the Wanted.

Early on, the adorable Jay McGuiness busts out laughing mid-song but what’s even funnier is his excuse. “My body thought something is funny, but nothing is,” he reasoned. Brilliant! We want to use that one.

The guys try to get through the stripped down version of their smash hit, while standing and crowding around one another a few times, but it’s futile. They crack up several more times.

They actually do lay down a near-perfect, two-minute take of the tune towards the end of the clip.

This is easily one of our favorite performances of ‘Glad You Came’ and we’ve seen (and written about) most of ‘em.
