Today is National Creamsicle Day

What can I say, it has been a long time since I had a creamsicle.  Today is apparently National Creamsicle Day!  You know the ones...delicious vanilla ice cream in the core with fruit sherbet coating.  I remember as kid the first time I had one thinking I want the red Popsicle dad!  He handed me that delicious cool ice cream, and I was sold!  What's this..ice cream in the middle??  That was the day I first fell in love.  Hey, I love food what can I say.
