Victoria College Pirate Women Win League Basketball Title
The Victoria College Pirate Women's Basketball Team capped of a great season by winning the Texas Collegiate Club Sports League basketball title.
It was a Harlem Globetrotter-esque lopsided win for the Pirates, 85-36 over San Antonio College.
Casey Jackson scored 23 points and Morgan Trevino scored 22 to lead all shooters, and the Pirates end the season at 11-1 and earned a top seed in the upcoming tournament, scheduled for April 7th & 8th at Incarnate Word in San Antonio.
