Vin Diesel kicked off the 2015 MTV Movie Awards on a touching note, singing Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth's "See You Again."

The actor walked out onstage to present the Best Female Performance award to Shailene Woodley for The Fault in Our Stars. Before he got down to business, Vin gave a shoutout to his into music: Wiz and Charlie's collaboration from Furious 7. The song is an emotional reminder of the contributions the late Paul Walker made to the Fast and Furious franchise.

"It's been a long day without you, my friend / And I'll tell you all about it when I see you again," he sang, adding, "I love you guys!"

It was the perfect way to honor Paul, while also acknowledging an extremely emotional song. Charlie recently spoke to PopCrush about the collaboration and what it was like to work with Wiz.

"He’s so busy, but now I’ve gotten to know him really, really well and he’s a great guy," Charlie told us. "Really, really talented and has a good ear for melodic stuff, as does Meghan [Trainor]. So Wiz would send in bits and pieces of it, [and] we would piece it together. He made it really easy, honestly. He just sent it and we dropped it in and it sounded great. That’s how I knew that he was the right person for the record."
