POTENTIALLY SENSITIVE VIDEO
Short clips captured at the scene were posted to Twitter. The clips posted only show the police detaining the male, it did not show anything leading up to the incident. However, the video began to stir up users online.
Captioned, "potentially sensitive", the video shows three officers holding the 18-year-old. One police were seen smashing the young man's head against the car multiple times. The same officer is also seen punching the teen in the head.
