Wale is a busy rapper and when you are as busy as he is, nothing beats the convenience of an Uber. The popular car service has become the go-to transportation for the busy traveler. However, for the service is way too expensive for Wale.

On Tuesday (Feb. 16), the MMG rapper went on his Twitter page to announce that Uber is “the devil.” When a fan commented on the company’s exorbitant surcharges, Wale then tweeted, "I spent 1.1 Milly on über in 2014," Wale says.

Whoa! Wale may want to consider investing in a bus pass. But, we digress.

When asked to explain why his Uber bill was so high, Wale blamed it on hanging out with French Montana.

"Goin to @FrencHMonTanA crib and stayin for dumb long while the meter was on a few times," he tweeted.

Those must have been some long visits.

However, Wale may have found a new car service whose prices might be a little lower. The “Matrimony” rapper introduced himself to Lyft, which is Uber’s competitive car service.

"Hey stranger ? @lyft," Wale tweeted.

Lyft responded with the best marketing tactic this week. The company tweeted back, "@Wale Strangers no more! How's it going, friend?" along with a .Gif of George Costanza from Seinfeld, which is the rapper's favorite show of all-time.

So let’s just say that Wale may have found himself a new car service to take him to point A to B - just don’t go to French Montana’s house. We're just sayin.'
