The next great international basketball player is so young he wasn't even alive during the Y2K scare.

Meet Robert Bobroczky, a seven-foot-four, 13-year-old from Romania who plays basketball.

As you can see, he towers over everyone on the court. Heck, he'd  tower over everybody if he was in the NBA.

His game probably needs a lot of polish, so only time will tell if he's destined to become basketball's next dominant big man.
