Watch Ozzy Osbourne’s American Music Awards Performance With Post Malone
Ozzy Osbourne joined Post Malone and Travis Scott for a televised performance of "Take What You Want" at the 2019 American Music Awards.
The appearance came just two days after the Prince of Darkness stepped out onstage with Post Malone at the rapper's headlining Los Angeles show, which essentially served as a tease for the big moment ahead. Rapper Travis Scott, who was also a guest on Post Malone's studio track, "Take What You Want," hit the stage at the AMAs, which was engulfed in enough flames to have headbangers convinced Slayer were playing.
As Post Malone and Travis Scott moved about the stage, Ozzy commanded everyone's attention from the back of the stage, where he sat upon a massive throne, rising when it came time to sing.
While no full performance footage has surfaced as of yet, Pop Newsroom shared a two-minute clip of the collaborative effort, which can be viewed below.
Ozzy's guest appearance on Post Malone's new record, Hollywood's Bleeding, spurred an unexpected new full length album, Ordinary Man, as the legendary singer worked with the rising pop/rap star's co-producer, Andrew Watt. Guns N' Roses bassist Duff McKagan and Red Hot Chili Peppers drummer Chad Smith rounded out the studio lineup, which also featured Watt on guitar. No release date has been confirmed, but Ozzy has already debuted two new songs, "Under the Graveyard" and "Straight to Hell," the latter of which featured a guest appearance from Slash.
