Two New Coffee Shops Announced for Victoria
Kauve Coffee definitely stung, Victoria wasted absolutely no time refilling the cup.
Just recently, plans revealed a new coffee shop Ellianos', would be popping up later this year. However, yet another bombshell announcement was made:

That was posted by Frontier Rodeo Coffee Wednesday evening.
Now, just as Kauve coffee closed their doors, 2 more coffee shops are filling the void.
Between Ellianos’ grab-and-go drive-thru (expected to wrap construction in October 2026) and Frontier Rodeo Coffee gearing up to enter the market, it’s safe to say:
Victoria does not stay uncaffeinated for long.

A permit has officially been filed for Ellianos Coffee, bringing a brand-new drive-thru coffee shop to Airline Road near Navarro.
According to state filings, Ellianos plans to construct a compact, roughly 800-square-foot building at 605 E Airline Road will likely be designed as a double-sided drive-thru kiosk. We’re not looking at another sit-down and sip coffee shop, which is great because we already have some fabulous local favorites scattered around town. Instead, expect this to be a grab-and-go drive-thru.
The project is estimated at around $700,000, and as much as I love our local spots like The Box Coffee and Gardenhouse, having another drive-thru option is a great addition. Construction is expected to start within the next month. After everything is said and done, they are expecting to be completely finished in October 2026.
