Chris Brown Puts His West Hollywood Home on the Market
Chris Brown‘s neighbors can breathe a sigh of relief. The ‘Sweet Love‘ singer has put his West Hollywood party house on the market.
Zillow reports that while living in the condo, Breezy parked in handicapped spaces, received numerous noise complaints and raced dogs down the hallways at all hours of the night. All things considered, though, the home is said to be in pretty pristine condition, and Brown is selling it for $1.895 million.
The condo boasts 3,000 square feet with bamboo wood floors, floor-to-ceiling windows, quartz kitchen counters and stainless steel appliances. Brown’s home is on the top floor and has elevator access, an office and “designer-appointed” bathrooms. He purchased the home for $1.6 million back in 2009, so he’d be making a small ‘Fortune’ off of the sale.
No word on if Breezy is looking for a new pad in the area, but with all the traveling he’ll be doing soon to promote ‘Fortune,’ he likely won’t be home much anyway!
