With each passing week, there are additional options for Texans in the Crossroads who are seeking a coronavirus vaccination.

Victoria recently shifted from a COVID-19 "waitlist" to scheduling weekly appointments directly, and now we have the announcement from Christ's Kitchen that they will be hosting a vaccination clinic that will be open to the public next month.

Vaccine Clinic Open to the Public at Christ's Kitchen

If you had not heard, Christ's Kitchen has announced plans to host a vaccination clinic that is open to the public at 611 E Warren Ave on July 8th from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Trish Hastings told Crossroadstoday.com that members of the Texas National Guard and Methodist Healthcare Ministries would be on hand during the clinic to administer the vaccine to all who wish to receive one. Christ's Kitchen requests that anyone who wishes to register to call Trish at 361-935-4500.

Vaccine Options at the Christ's Kitchen Clinic

You may not have known that this clinic had been announced for Victoria, so you may also not be aware that you can select from 2 different vaccine options during this clinic. Christ's Kitchen will be offering the two-shot Pfizer vaccine or the single-dose Johnson and Johnson vaccine on July 8th.

Trish Hastings has said that Victoria's soup kitchen has been doing its part to find out more information about hosting a vaccination clinic, and thanks to their efforts they are able to make the announcement to the community for the opportunity coming up in just a few weeks.
