IN EXCRUCIATING PAIN DURING THE PROCEDURE

38-year-old  Marja McClendon from St. Louis had received multiple silicone butt injections from Fernandez. A witness during the procedure was in a lot of pain. They had to stop the procedure several times because McClendon was having a hard time breathing.

She soon died from a silicone pulmonary embolism. Dr.Greives warns, "In many cases[silicone butt injections] is unfortunately fatal."
