There’s something in your bathroom that might not be safe.

Over 67,000 cases of a personal care product were just recalled across the U.S., and it’s one that many Texans already have sitting on a shelf, in a drawer, or packed in a gym bag.

The issue? The FDA says the company behind it violated federal manufacturing standards. That means the product wasn’t made the way it’s supposed to be, and while there’s no official contamination report, the red flags were enough to pull it from stores nationwide.

So what item is being recalled?

Roll-on deodorant. Specifically, Power Stick brand products sold at Walmart, Dollar Tree, Amazon, and other major retailers.

Here’s what’s been recalled:

  • 21,265 cases of Power Stick for her roll-on Antiperspirant Deodorant Powder Fresh, 1.8 oz
  • 22,482 Cases of Power Stick Invisible Protection Roll-On Antiperspirant Deodorant Spring Fresh, 1.8 oz
  • 23,467 Cases of Power Stick Original Nourishing Invisible Protection Roll-On Antiperspirant Deodorant, 1.8 oz

They were sold everywhere, including right here in Texas. If you’ve bought roll-on deodorant lately, especially the inexpensive kind, you’ll want to double-check your label.

What to do if you have one:
