The winter storm is causing trouble for those traveling by air. Nearly 18,000 flights have been delayed and over 2,000 flights have been cancelled.

Winter is hitting Texas hard and creating hazardous conditions for those traveling by road and air. This is creating some unfortunate situations for people trying to travel out of Texas.

Flying out of Texas has proven to be difficult and an astounding amount of flights across Texas have been delayed and cancelled.

According to the app FlightAware, there are 17,884 flights delayed and 2,262 flights canceled across the U.S. and that number will likely continue to grow as the weather continues to decline.
