Joey didn’t like the way he was treated during his three-and-a-half year tenure at Rhode Island’s Providence Renaissance hotel. So when it came time to quit, he decided to really rub it in his boss’ face by bringing along his 19-piece brass band, the What Cheer? Brigade.

The plan worked like a charm: The Brigade ambushed the boss as Joey presented his resignation letter and strutted out of the hotel — with his band loudly playing him off. Truly a triumphant moment for working stiffs everywhere.
