Upon entering the apartment, officers found 29-year-old Kendrick Rayvon Fisher, asleep on the couch. During a safety sweep, they made a heartbreaking discovery. Officers uncovered the lifeless bodies of a mother and child, both of whom had suffered multiple stab wounds. Sadly, they were pronounced dead at the scene.

Fisher’s injuries, along with blood on his clothing, pointed to a violent altercation. Homicide detectives, in coordination with the Harris County District Attorney’s Office, concluded there was sufficient evidence to charge Fisher.
