As the old saying goes, when life gives you lemons, make lemonade.

I’m thinking there are three possible explanations as to why a car being pulled by a couple of horses was spotted in Seagoville, Texas.

First, it’s quite possible that the car is broke down. Maybe the engine or transmission is blown and the owner either can’t afford or can’t justify the cost of repairs for a car that is way past its prime.

But it’s also possible that the owner of the car refuses to pay current gas prices. Seeing as I curse a little under my breath every time I get gas, I get it.

Or maybe the owner is all about being green. However, rather than invest a boatload of money in an electric vehicle, they would rather kick it old school. If I’m being honest, it does like there’s a group of people out there who want us to go back to living like it’s the 1800s.

Whatever the case may be, I applaud the owner of the vehicle for their ability to think outside the box.
