The historic Turkey Track Ranch, owned by the same Texas family for 120 years, could be yours at a BIG discount and, now, it comes with mineral rights.

Turkey Track Ranch, in the Texas panhandle, covers 80,000 acres and originally listed for $200 million. Lucky for you, that price has fallen to $180 million and now comes with a bonus.

That $180 mil gets you the 80K acres, buildings, 100% of the mineral rights and one other pretty big ... make that HUGE ... bonus.

In addition to the property, the new owner will be happy to know that ... this being Texas after all ... there's oil underneath it all.

In 1916, William Thomas Coble started putting the ranch together and not too long after that, in the 1920's, they discovered oil which led to the formation of the Coble-Whittenburg Oil Company.

Turkey Track Ranch has 26 miles of Canadian River frontage and a ton of natural springs making it perfect for cattle ranching. So, why give up a goldmine oil field and ranching facility? According to CHRON:

The Coble and Whittenburg families still own and run the ranch today, but said in a statement when Turkey Track was first listed for sale that while they've "created lifetimes of memories on the Turkey Track," due to the families' "increasing numbers and geographical distances, we recognize that it is time to find a new steward for this historic holding."

Seriously? 80,000 acres, an oil company, a ranch, who knows how many other opportunities and they're selling?

It's a no brainer for me ... I'd move everybody there instead of packing up and moving myself.

Mesa Vista, the 65,000-acre Panhandle ranch, which belonged to oil billionaire T. Boone Pickens until his death three years ago, has been up for sale since 2017. The list of mind-blowing amenities is long, but for the price it's quite a deal!

The property includes its own golf course, a chapel with a memory garden, an airport with a private apartment for the pilot, and a 40-unit kennel, complete with a bronze dog sculpture in front of the building. Pickens, who was an avid hunter and dog lover, told Land Report in 2015Back when I couldn’t afford one bird dog, I had two. When I couldn’t afford two, I had three.”

Let's take a look around this incredible piece of property, which was recently reduced from $250 to $170 million, and see what kind of luxuries you and your furry friends could enjoy!
