Fans of Luby's LuAnn Platter can rejoice, our beloved cafeteria has just been bailed out by Calvin Gin of Flying Foods.

With the news that Luby's was closing all locations throughout the U.S. Luby's 50th Anniversary cookbook prices skyrocket creating a bit of a bidding war.

The Luby's Inc board members have now voted to liquidate and dissolve the "business, operations, and real estate" with orders to "wind-down any remaining operations".
