In a concerning development, Bexar County Sheriff's deputies are urgently searching for Jillian Marie Monroe, a 13-year-old girl who mysteriously vanished on Tuesday afternoon. Jillian was last seen near her apartment complex, after taking a fish tank out to the dumpsters around 4 p.m.

Her father later discovered the fish tank abandoned near the dumpsters, but there was no sign of Jillian.

DESCRIPTION OF JILLIAN MONROE

Jillian is described as a student at Brisco Middle School, standing 5 feet, 2 inches tall, weighing approximately 120 pounds, with brown hair and eyes. She was last seen wearing a grey hoodie featuring a "M COFFEE" decal on the back, paired with black flared leggings and black Croc sandals.

The local community and authorities are rallying together to locate Jillian, urging anyone with information regarding her whereabouts to contact the Bexar County Sheriff's Missing Persons Unit at (210) 335-6000.

HARBORING A RUNAWAY

The Sheriff's office has also issued a reminder, highlighting the legal repercussions of harboring a runaway. It is classified as a Class A misdemeanor, carrying a potential sentence of up to one year in jail and fines reaching $5,000.
