The Run Against Cancer is Tomorrow Morning

Tomorrow morning marks the 4th anniversary of the Citizens Run Against Cancer Half Marathon and 5K. Over the years hundreds of runners have come to run to support community members in their fight against cancer. The routes were specifically designed to further highlight the heart of our community starting downtown through Riverside and ending at DeLeon Plaza. The half marathon starts at 7:30am and the 5K at 8am.

You can also catch me playing a little music and providing Emcee services.  The event usually attracts not just runners of all ages and athletic ability as over a thousand spectators will also be out to cheer our runners on. Citizens Run Against Cancer encourages everyone to come out to support the cause in any way they are able.

Citizen's Run Against Cancer proceeds will benefit LOCAL cancer patients.

5k tickets are $35.00, and Half Marathon tickets are $80.00 and available @ active.com

Packet pick up will be Friday Feb.21st from 5 to 8pm at Citizen's Healthplex
