Nite Tunes Brings Free Live Music to Downtown Victoria
After years of hosting Tunes at Noon during lunch breaks, the City of Victoria’s Main Street Program is officially switching gears, and hours, with a new series called Nite Tunes.
You can now decompress after work and catch live music in the evening.
"Victoria Main Street Program is turning up the volume on summer fun with Nite Tunes, a lively new spin on our beloved Tunes at Noon series—now under the stars! With cooler evenings, vibrant lights, and irresistible live music, downtown Victoria is dancing its way back into the hearts of summer crowds."
The first Nite Tunes will take place Friday, July 25, from 6 to 9 p.m. and will feature a full evening of country music. Kicking things off is Logan Gisler and the Well Diggers, followed by headliner Stephanie Ross and the Southern Drive Band.
Guests are encouraged to bring lawn chairs, grab a drink, shop the mini-market hosted by Mother Cluckers Downtown, and enjoy the music.
Rocking in August
The fun continues next month with Rock Night on Friday, August 29, featuring opening act Velvet Drive and headliner Climate Change — a local fan favorite also known for their holiday performances as the Christmas Tree Huggers.
Please note: ice chests and outside coolers are not allowed. Food, drinks, and local goods will be available for purchase on-site.
Come out and enjoy Nite Tunes.
Whether you’re looking for a new date night spot, a fun family outing, or just a reason to be downtown on a Friday night, Nite Tunes is the place to be.
