The ‘Give Me All Your Luvin’‘ singer has her much-hyped Super Bowl performance to look forward to tomorrow (Feb. 5), and now she has an issue that may distract her from her rehearsals. The creator of the infamous ‘Girls Gone Wild’ video series, Joe Francis, is threatening to sue Madge if she sings her new track ‘Girls Gone Wild’ during her halftime show.

Jens Lehman and Tim Wiese are two of the better soccer goalkeepers in the world, having both represented Germany in international competition.

Now, Lehman is suing Wiese for telling a newspaper reporter that Lehmann should "go to the 'Muppet Show'" and be treated "on a couch."

And it wasn't as if Wiese's barbs were without provocation: They were actually in direct response to criticism Lehman has levied against Wiese when Lehman was working as a television commentator.

Marilyn Leisz is suing her plastic surgeon after an eyelid procedure left her unable to fully close her eyes.

The New Jersey woman now has to use a special gel and vaporizer to protect her eyes at night, and can't participate in outdoor activities she used to enjoy such as tennis or horseback riding because her eyeballs are too exposed to the elements. Leisz also says that she is losing her vision.
