Easter and Mother’s Day are almost here. Are you in charge of the food? I wanted to share a few recipes we have gotten from listeners and ones I have done in the past that have been a favorite of my guests. This one is Knorr's Spinach Dip:

Makes 4 cups of dip

PREP TIME: 10 Minute(s)

CHILL TIME: 2 Hour(s)

1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked, cooled and squeezed dry
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
1 package Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and chill for about 2 hours. I usually buy a sweet bread bowl and hollow out the inside of the bowl and fill with the spinach dip. Everyone loves the sweet bread with the spinach dip. You can also serve with crackers or chips. Enjoy!!
