The Cuero Police Department is currently searching for the driver of this vehicle.  The woman in this vehicle left a puppy tied to a golf cart at HEB.  Video surveillance was able to capture images of the vehicle which is a late model Chevrolet Colorado with dark-colored rims and paper tags.

According to the Cuero Police Departments Facebook page, the puppy was a Pit puppy, about a few months old. Brown & white. The puppy is safe in a shelter and possibly already adopted. This would make a very happy ending to a very sad story.
