A disgusting mother and her monstrous boyfriend are on trial in San Antonio, Texas for the heartbreaking involvement in her 5-year-old son's tragic death.

A VIOLENT HOTEL STAY

While staying in a hotel near Fort Sam Houston, Nickolle watched as her boyfriend Daniel Garcia viciously beat her son for weeks. During the disturbing trial, Nickolle recalled the Daniel would beat Domenic for things like not eating fast enough, not answering questions quick enough, and miniscule things of that sort.

Nickolle relayed that Daniel would punch Domenic in the jaw and regularly hit hit close fist. Nickolle admitted that Domenic was hit so hard, that his body bounced off the wall and hit the floor.

MOTHER RECOUNTS THE INJURIES

That particular injury caused the innocent and frail 5-year-old to vomit and he later died. However, the horrendous acts were not yet over. Nickolle did not think about getting her son urgent medical attention because she was "too eager to be in a relationship with a man."

Instead, the couple decided to take the young boy's body and dump it in the Colorado River. The two eventually ran off to Costa Rica to hide away. However, they were found and arrested.

FINDING THE SUSPECTS ON THE RUN

Daniel Garcia now sits on trial for the brutal murder of 5-year-old Domenic Aguilar Acevedo. His sick and twisted mother Nickolle, has agreed to a guilty plea to injury to a child, where she will only face a maximum of 15 years in prison.
