H-E-B’s Heavy Metal T-Shirt Drops Friday, Here’s How to Get Yours
It finally happened: H-E-B is going metal.
I never knew I needed an H-E-B metal shirt, but now that I’ve seen one, I can’t stop thinking about it.
How it started
This was never on anyone’s to-do list, but H-E-B’s team stumbled across a viral video that changed everything.
Connor Dwyer, known online as @connor.designs, has been creating random brand T-shirts with a heavy-metal twist. He’s turned everything from Trader Joe’s to Cracker Barrel into head-banging merch, but it was his H-E-B design that broke the internet.

HEB goes metal.
The viral H-E-B heavy-metal T-shirt is officially dropping this Friday, October 10 at 10 a.m. at heb.com/metaltees, and honestly, this is the collab none of us knew we needed but somehow makes perfect sense.

Even better, 100% of proceeds will support the Health Alliance for Austin Musicians (HAAM), a nonprofit providing affordable healthcare to Austin’s working musicians. Insert horns here.
In a post teasing the collab, Dwyer wrote, “y’all… we did it!” and honestly, I’ve never been prouder of a total stranger.
The Nashville-based designer told MySA he never expected the design to blow up, but H-E-B fans “officially dethroned Trader Joe’s enthusiasts as the most hyped fanbase.” No lies detected.
So Friday morning, grab your coffee, turn up some metal music, and get ready toto refresh that page because you already know this drop’s gonna sell out fast.
