High School Football Update for Victoria Schools

With the current pandemic, I wasn't sure if we were even going to have H.S. football this year.  Well finally have the answer, YES! In case you didn't know, High School Football and Friday Night Lights is my favorite sports time of  the year.

We now have an official Flyer Schedule and tentative start dates for the East Titans and West Warriors.

The St. Joseph Flyers have their updated 2020 football schedule:

September 25th: versus Sacred Heart in Bloomington 7PM

 October 2nd: versus Wallis-Brazos in Bloomington 7PM

 October 9th: at Houston Second Baptist 7PM*

 October 16th: at Lutheran South 7PM*

October 23rd: versus Fort Bend Christian in Bloomington 7PM*

October 30th: at Woodlands Christian 7PM*

November 6th at Frassait at Rosehill Christian 7PM*

We also have tentative start dates for the Victoria East Titans and West Warriors.

The West Warriors will tentatively open up their season between September 24th-26th!  No opponent has been announced yet.

Earlier this month, the UIL came out with updated guidelines for High School Sports.  The changes will into effect on August 1st.  The updates will include football, volleyball, cross country, tennis, band, and basketball.  You can get more information by clicking here.
