Here we go! The Regional Finals of the High School Football playoffs have arrived and the Crossroads is well-represented!  The Cuero Gobblers, Edna Cowboys, Shiner Comanches, and Refugio Bobcats have moved on. Once again, we will have a showdown that features two area schools against each other. Check out this week's matchups:

2A:

The Shiner Comanches  (11-2) will take on the Refugio Bobcats  (12-1), at 7 p.m. Friday, at San Marcos Rattler Stadium. These two teams met during the regular season as the Refugio Bobcats defeated Shiner 38-27 on October 21st. This is an epic High School Football matchup that I was we could see playout at Memorial Stadium right here in Victoria. The winner of this game will be one game close to a State title.

3A:

The Edna Cowboys  (12-1) vs. Llano (13-0) at 7 p.m. Thursday at  San Marcos Rattler Stadium. Last week, the Cowboys took down Blanco, 36-22. Will the Cowboys bring a State Championship back to Edna? We hope so!

4A:

The Cuero Gobblers  (12-1) vs. Silsbee (13-0) at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Houston NRG Stadium (Home of the Houston Texans). The Cuero Gobblers are looking for their first state title since 2018!
