The MetroRail in Houston carries around 55,000 passengers daily. Plenty of people use the MetroRail to bypass traffic and quickly travel downtown in Houston which is typically clean and safe transportation.

However, things went terribly wrong on a MetroRail line in downtown Houston. Police were alerted about a possible stabbing on the MetroRail. When they arrived, they located a 60-year-old suspect sitting on a bench outside the MetroRail.

Police continued investigating and found another man inside the MetroRail. The victim on unresponsive and appeared to have been stabbed.

According to investigators, a fight had broken out between the two men who were traveling on the MetroRail. At some point during the fight, one of the men pulled out a knife and stabbed the other.

Police had the victim transported to a hospital, however, he was soon pronounced dead.
