Wonder Woman Golden Lasso Coaster Halts Before Drop At Fiesta Texas
Over the weekend, a video started to make the rounds on social media showing a coaster getting stuck on its lift-hill. The ride is the Wonder Woman Golden Lasso Coaster at Six Flags Fiesta, and according to the comments, it wasn't stuck for very long. However, this is something that can be traumatic.

There have been a few instances of rides stuck at Six Flags in 2025.
This is just one of quite a few instances of rides getting stuck at Six Flags over the past few years. In April, during the same weekend, two rides got stuck. One at Fiesta and one Over Texas. Will this stop me from getting on amusement park rides? Absolutely not!

A Sea World ride once got stuck and shutdown half of the park.
I have always been fascinated with rides getting stuck, and I don't know why. At the same time, I have never gotten stuck on a ride. On multiple occasions, I have been at a theme park when this has happened. In fact, one time, we were at Sea World and the Wave Breaker: The Rescue Coaster got stuck for an extended period of time.
The ride was closed for so long that they shut down half of the park. Fire trucks and rescuers needed to access the park and rescued riders using ladders. It was a sight to see.
