What happened to summer vacation? It's almost time to get back to school!

We know summer vacation feels super short this year, so we are going to make the most of the last days of summer!

On August 6th from 4 to 6 pm at Riverside Stadium, Townsquare Media along with Victoria Parks and Recreation,  Mac Haik Ford, Miss Golden Crescent Pageant, and Whataburger invite you to our 3rd Annual Backpack Drive.

This is your opportunity to enjoy an evening at Riverside Park with your children getting much-needed backpacks and school supplies to start the new year off right and the best part?

This event is free to the public!

We will be handing out... check this out... 600 backpacks thanks to Miss Golden Crescent Pageant! 

There is still time to donate if your business wants to be a part of this crucial event for kids in the Crossroads. If you are a local business that would like to join the fun to celebrate our Crossroads kids, be sure to call Townsquare Media at 361.573.0777 and ask for Mia Talley.

If you'd like to donate supplies prior to the event, you can also drop your donations off at 107 North Star Drive and we will be sure to get these much-needed and APPRECIATED supplies to these kiddos!

Want to knock out your volunteer hours before the start of the 2023 school year? We have plenty of opportunities for you or your student to get your volunteer hours helping at the event. You will need to preregister with volunteer coordinator Ingra Sparkman at 361.573.0777.
