Splashtown San Antonio Has Closed Forever
SPLASHTOWN HAS CLOSED FOREVER(originally published January 3rd)
After three months of speculation, Splashtown San Antonio has closed forever! San Antonio City Council has recently approved a zoning change that would allow for a car dealership to be built on the property. I mean does a new car dealership have to be built right there?
MOVING QUICKLY:
The park has already started to be dismantled. This is very sad news for my family. Splashtown was my family's go-to waterpark for as long as I can remember. We were just there last summer. It's amazing how quickly nature has started to take over the park. Take a look at some of the photos of the newly abandoned Splashtown in San Antonio. They are kind of eerie.
