The H-E-B Newsroom is reporting that Victoria stores will close Saturday evening at 8 pm to clean and restock and will switch to new hours beginning Sunday.

All H-E-B stores, Central Market and H-E-B Pharmacies will close at 8 p.m. today. Beginning Sunday, all stores will open at 8 a.m. and close at 8 p.m. until further notice.
Other changes soon coming to H-E-B include reduced services in delis, the bakery, and floral departments. They have said that customers who have had their orders canceled due to department closures will not be charged for their purchase. So if you had ordered a special cake or flower arrangments they may be contacting you with some unfortunate news. H-E-B says they will return to normal store hours in Victoria as soon as possible.

According to a statement from H-E-B, the plan has been put in place to give locations a chance to restock shelves as shoppers have been very active over the past week. This will give them time to reset the store overnight. You can find additional updates from the H-E-B Newsroom here.

Most of all H-E-B is urging people not to over shop out of fear. H-E-B says they have plenty of items arriving daily. We can get through the month by all working together as a community to do our part to #SlowtheSpreadTexas.
