A couple in Henderson County have been crippled with harassment and disturbing actions taken by a nearby neighbor.
DISORDERLY NEIGHBOR
In one incident on July 22, a couple took a short walk around the neighborhood when their disorderly neighbor began to approach them in a riding lawn tractor. The culprit, 60-year-old Judy Coggeshall began to yell at them and record the couple as they walked.
A few days later on July 25, police were called. The same couple claimed Coggeshall was outside recording, yelling vulgar language, and saying, “I’m going to get you” while shaking her fist towards the victim. Police were called and Coggeshall was cited for disorderly conduct.
CONSTANTLY RECORDING THE VICTIMS AND THEIR FAMILY
Coggeshall has a history of disorderly behavior. The victim explained Coggeshall claims to have "planted recording devices in her home and will often sit in her vehicle near the corner of her residence and Coggeshall’s father's residence records everything they do."
VOWS TO MAKE THEM REGRET LIVING IN THE AREA
The couple purchased three properties in the area and since then, Coggeshall has vowed to "make them regret it in every way possible each and every day."
SEVERE ANXIETY AND CHEST PAIN
Ultimately, Judy Coggeshall was arrested and charged with stalking. She posted her $150,000 bond the same day. Worried, the victim says Coggeshall makes threats and constantly yells explicit language at them; so much so, that the victim has now experiences severe anxiety and chest pains any time she walks outside her residence.
