Just like the song says, "It's fun to stay at the YMCA."

If you are looking for summer camp opportunities in the Crossroads, look no further than our local YMCA. Both the YMCA of the Golden Crescent and the Calhoun County YMCA are open for summer camp registration. Click here to register.

What can you expect at a YMCA summer camp?

YMCA Summer Camp offers youth a chance to explore places, activities, and ideas outside their normal lives. At camp, they discover new talents, new interests, and new friends. Parents have trusted YMCA camps for generations, because, they are experiences that help foster leadership, self-confidence, and deepen respect for the environments and communities we live in. Your kiddo from 3K to 8th grade will be engaged with various sports, art, swimming, and field trips, just to name a few of the highlights that our YMCA summer camps offer.

My boys were a part of the YMCA of the Golden Crescent for many summers growing up and some of their best summer camp memories are at the Y.

Are YMCA Summer Camps for kids expensive?

Registration for summer camp is $45.00 at the YMCA of the Golden Crescent with weekly tuition of $83.00 for members of the YMCA and $103 for community participants. Click to read all about it here. Calhoun YMCA registration is $50.00 with weekly tuition costing $90 for members and $105 for community members. Calhoun offers daily and mini-camps too! Check out their page here.

But the YMCA accepts CCMS and offers financial assistance if needed.
