K-pop group TXT (a.k.a. Tomorrow x Together) is on a tour like no other – a completely VR concert series.

Next, they will take their VR concerts to Chicago from Sept. 26 through Oct. 13 and New York from Oct. 17 through Nov. 10.

So what exactly is a VR – or virtual reality – concert?

This futuristic new experience offers an innovative way for fans to engage with each other and their favorite artist.

Fans arrive at the theater and are given a VR headset to enjoy the show virtually together, with a theater sound system to make it feel like a real concert.

Thanks to the VR headsets, fans are able to see and hear their favorite artists performing without them actually being there.

TXT collaborated with AmazeVR to create their special show and shared some behind-the-scenes details about what it takes in a video last month.

Basically, the group performs their concert like they would on stage in front of a green screen to create immersive VR magic.

The tour's set list includes fan favorites such as "Sugar Rush Ride" and "Deja Vu."

"We hope this experience will be a cherished memory for our fans, just like it was for us to make it," the group said in a statement.

In a video from July 2024, the group announced, "We are physically very far from each other, but good news! We've been working hard to meet you in a new way."

They joked that fans shouldn't be "surprised" if the performers "make eye contact" with them during the brand-new concert experience.

The group has already hit Los Angeles and Houston to rave reviews from fans.

Tickets for the remaining shows are available here.

Each ticket includes exclusive TXT photo cards and a commemorative concert ticket.
