A Community Event Taking The Crossroads By Stitch and Storm

This is one of the most ancient art forms in the history of humanity, and you can be part of the art movement by joining your quilting community, the Quilt Guild of Victoria September 23rd and 24th.
Listen if you've never quilted before, but can appreciate the artistry, you've got to see this uber-popular Crossroads event.
Held at Holy Family Catholic Church, the Quilt Guild of Greater Victoria puts dozens of quilts on display for the community to appreciate as well as learn some things about the art of quilting. It's literally a stitched art show and tickets are only $8.00. If you bring a canned good for their food drive, your ticket price is $7.00
I love how much the Quilt Guild gives back to the community, even though I can't sew a stitch!
The 2022 event is called 'Memories, One Piece at a Time', and even if you've never sewn a button, you can appreciate the endless hours of this art form.
Speaking of art, you might not know that the Quilt Guild of Victoria supports the arts in the community. Just check out the Crossroads downtown crosswalks!
There will be vendors, and a raffle for a new sewing machine, along with quilts for sale and they even have a raffle for a gorgeous quilt that you can win, without having to lift a finger or a stitch!
I'm going not only to enjoy the art of quilting but I've been saving t-shirts of my kids and grandkids for years and really need to find the right quilter for this project! I hope to see you there!
