We won't let anyone say there isn't anything to do in the Crossroads! Just check out this list of the Top Ten Things to Do In The Crossroads Before the End of October!

The month of October is also the time to recognize and bring awareness to several causes as we honor loved ones throughout the community this month with National ADHD, National Domestic Violence AwarenessNational Down Syndrome Awareness and National Breast Cancer Awareness respectfully happening now through the end of October.

Please click on the links in blue above and below to find out more about how we can help support our community.

As the Crossroads cools off, and temperatures slowly begin to drop (for South Texans, it's more like a drip) it's time to pull out those sweaters, brew some pumpkin spice and cover our toes with socks. Because in Texas... men wear socks with their flip flops.

True story.

Here are our Top Ten Things to Do in the Crossroads before the end of October.

10. Run! Yep, you heard us right, RUN.

Since its inception in 2017, more than $130,000 has been raised to benefit local cancer patients through the Citizens Run Against Cancer. Click the link here.

6. It's the Great Pumpkin... patch

We love all of the pumpkin patch events in the Crossroads but there just seems to be something extra special about First Methodist's Pumpkin Patch. Maybe, just maybe, it's because this sweet church located at 407 Bridge Street has been the 'go- to' in Victoria for fall backdrop photos with the kids for 30 years. So many pumpkins, so many years! The pumpkin patch is open now through October 31st from 9am to 7pm.

Yes we know there are two number 3s but there was a tie, sooooo coming in at #3 ALSO is the Rocky Creek Corn Maze. If you've never taken your family, this is the year to go! And if you have, its time to go AGAIN!  We cant tell you the number of times we've heard how much families love the corn maize and one of our very own, DJ JP offers this tip. He says go as early as you can if you like a real challenge because the corn stalks are still fresh. We think he got lost in the maze the first year he went!!!
